FREM TAKES OVER MANAGEMENT OF THE RETAIL PARK IN PORTOGRUARO

Forum Real Estate Management (FREM) has been appointed by the alternative real estate investment fund “ER Income Fund 6,” managed by Europa Risorse S.g.r. S.p.A., to manage operations at the Retail Park in Portogruaro, located on Via Granatieri.

The complex, under the control of Europa Risorse Sgr, spans over 20,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) and occupies a strategic location, bridging Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with strong appeal, excellent connectivity, and a broad catchment area.

This appointment follows Europa Risorse Sgr’s recent acquisition of the Retail Park and forms part of a wider redevelopment and enhancement plan. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the façades and common areas, alongside a full rebranding strategy to strengthen the Park’s market positioning while preserving its distinctive features. As part of this initiative, the Park will adopt a new visual identity and brand concept, with a name change to “Porta dell’Adriatico,” inspired by the three historic gates of the city—symbols of welcome, protection, and a deep connection to the sea.

The Retail Park already hosts major national and international retailers, including Brico io, C&C, McDonald’s, Happy Casa, Prenatal, Arcaplanet, La Saponeria, Dondi Salotti, Sapore di Mare, JYSK, and Happy Market. The Park has shown strong operational performance, which FREM aims to further enhance. Additionally, negotiations are underway for two new store openings, expected to be finalized by the end of the summer.

With this assignment, FREM strengthens its footprint in the retail sector, bringing the total number of managed properties nationwide to 11. The operation underscores FREM’s expertise in managing and developing commercial assets with a medium- to long-term value creation approach, benefiting both property owners and tenants.
