The improvements adopted to increase the building’s energy efficiency and the ongoing commitment to sustainability make Meridiana Center a model for reducing CO2 emissions.

Forum Real Estate Management (FREM) has been entrusted by Nuova Sipaf Immobiliare Srl with the management of the Panorama Shopping Center in Pistoia, which consists of a GLA of over 19,000 square meters and 34 stores.
We are excited to welcome this new project into our portfolio, and we are ready to begin the rebranding and commercialization of the shopping center.
This new retail assignment strengthens and enhances FREM’s positioning in the Italian market.
Currently, FREM manages a portfolio of 10 properties with a total value of approximately 1 billion euros, spread across the Italian territory.
TRIBE MILANO MALPENSA AIRPORT – CONSTRUCTION IS NEARING COMPLETION

S.P.A., RANZATO IMPIANTI S.R.L., Italiana Tecnologie Meccaniche srl, Architecture Design and Development srl, and Mulderblauw architecten, have been instrumental in achieving our goals.

The Granfiume Gran Shopping Centre won the Best of Category 2023 for the initiative “Con le api nel cuore” (ESG).
The initiative was aimed to raise awareness among both the shopping centre’s customers and the community on the importance of environmental protection and specifically bee protection.
It was a unique and innovative initiative that involved the shopping centre’s gallery and the city of Fiume Veneto, installing a beehive in the mall’s green area and holding interesting workshops
Forum Real Estate Management (FREM) was appointed by Europa Risorse SGR as Development Manager and Asset Manager in the realisation of a logistics facility in the suburbs of Turin, Piedmont. FREM was also the originator of the initiative, as partner of the investment fund.
The area is located in Torrazza Piemonte, in a strategic position, adjacent to the A4 motorway, which runs through northern Italy, next to the Amazon hub. The site is part of one of the main arteries of the logistic flow at European and international level.
The entire development will extend over a total covered area of 61,000 square metres, in addition to approximately 2.000 sqm of office space. The complex has been designed with technologies that can be adapted to the special requirements of future tenants, having the possibility to accommodate flexible compartments with temperature-controlled warehouses up to -20 °C. The construction will start in Q2 2023.
The aim is to realise one of the most modern and sustainable logistic developments in Italy, promoting the use of renewable energy and generating direct benefits for the community. The building aims to obtain the BREEAM® Excellent certification and will use the most innovative decarbonisation strategies and technological solutions to achieve Net Zero Carbon. Some of the project’s main features include charging points for electric vehicles and a photovoltaic system which makes the entire project self-sustainable.
The land acquisition responds to the growing demand for logistic hubs in Italy, located in strategic positions, capable of combining the respect for the environment with the most advanced technologies.
FREM is pleased to diversify its management portfolio by welcoming this extraordinary project.
Only two months after the launch of the new Antegnate Gran Shopping App, 𝟐.𝟑𝟎𝟎 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬 and𝟏.𝟔𝟎𝟎 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 have been recorded, and we estimate a steady growth during the whole Q1. The commitment of the FREM team, working with great passion on this asset in collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield, has brought several new services to the centre’s customers.
The launch of the new mobile App, for both IOS and Android, allows customers to stay up-to-date on the centre’s initiatives and benefit from the advantages offered by participating stores every day.

FREM is proud to recall that in November 2007, exactly 15 years ago, Foruminvest Italia built the Gran Sasso Gran Shopping Centre in Teramo, giving life to about 30.000 square meters of GLA. A shopping centre designed as an ideal place to spend a day of shopping and entertainment.
On Sunday November 27th, we celebrated Gran Sasso’s birthday with a maxi cake, involving all those who have taken part in the history of the shopping centre and helped achieving important milestones.
FREM’s great teamwork has made it possible to achieve great results, making the Gran Sasso Shopping Centre the landmark for shopping for a large part of the population of Teramo in recent years.
Since the start of the works in May 2022, the construction of the new Tribe Hotel (Accor) in Milan Malpensa (VA) is right on schedule.
The foundation works have been completed and currently ground floor walls and columns are being erected.
Construction will be completed in Q4 2023!

The hotel will have 240 keys and several amenities like a fitness center, meeting rooms, a spectacular work&relax area and a feature rooftop swimming pool! It will be the new hot spot in the Milan Malpensa area.

In the 2022 Edition of CNCC Marketing Awards, which included a total of 57 projects, FREM was awarded two prizes: The prize “Best of the Best 2022” awarded to the Granfiume Gran Shopping Centre for the project “Listen! Zero Barriers” and the Certificate of Merit Vicini di casa – la scalinata di Gigi Proietti (Brand Awareness & (Re) positioning), based on the Aura Shopping Center staircase.
The prestigious “Best of the Best” for the project “Listen! Zero Barriers” for the Granfiume Gran Shopping Centre represents a social inclusion initiative. Two important objectives were reached thanks to “Listen! Zero Barriers” : eliminating communication barriers and improving acceptance, indeed the Centre’s shopping experience, for the deaf or hearing impaired. A great result achieved through the dedication and team spirit which distinguishes our Group.

3. Nature of data provision
Since this is a spontaneous and unsolicited request of the Data Subject, the provision of Personal Data is optional for the purposes set out in points 2.a) to 2.e) above. However, as it is strictly functional to the performance of the service requested by the Data Subject to the Data Controller, i.e receiving the information requested through the form, the non-conferment of Personal Data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the requested service.

The processing of Personal Data shall last no longer than necessary for the performance of FREM’s obligations arising from the requested services, with reference to the purposes set out in point 2 above.
