From July 2026, the multiplex cinema in Fiume Veneto, adjacent to the Granfiume Shopping Centre, will be taken over by Notorious Cinemas, thanks to the work of FREM’s Asset Management team. The operation is part of the property’s development project and confirms its ongoing growth.
The building housing the multiplex, owned by the Orion European Real Estate IV Fund, covers approximately 6,000 sqm across two floors: while the second floor houses the cinema, the ground floor, dedicated to leisure and dining, is the focus of a broader redevelopment plan, with negotiations currently under way with several operators for the introduction of new activities that will help complete and enhance the offering of the entire complex.
The transition will be accompanied by a complete restyling of all 9 screening rooms, the foyer, facilities and communal areas. The reopening to the public is planned in two phases: the first 5 screening rooms in the first half of October, with the remaining 4 following in November.
The project will follow the guidelines of the proprietary format “Notorious Cinemas – The Experience” and will feature approximately 1,060 next-generation eco-leather seats with electric reclining, state-of-the-art audio and video systems, and carefully designed interiors. Customer services will include Food & Beverage ordering directly from your seat via QR code, as well as the option to book private screenings, birthday parties and events of all kinds.
The management transition was overseen by FREM’s Asset Management team, which led the strategic development of the asset and the positioning of the building, adjacent to the Granfiume Shopping Centre, strengthening the entertainment offering and the area’s ability to attract visitors.
POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Forum Real Estate Management S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, via Manzoni, 30, tax code and VAT no. 08580210964 (hereinafter, “FREM” or the “Data Controller”) may come into possession of the personal data of persons who voluntarily leave their contact details by filling in the appropriate form on the website www.frem.it (hereinafter, the “Website”).
Giving that:
the personal data processed are those spontaneously submitted to FREM by Data Subjects, through the use of the dedicated section on the Site, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”).
This notice is provided to the Data Subject before he or she submits his or her Personal Data, by means of publication at the bottom of the contact form on the Site; the Site requires that he or she read it before being able to submit his or her Personal Data.

3. Nature of data provision
Since this is a spontaneous and unsolicited request of the Data Subject, the provision of Personal Data is optional for the purposes set out in points 2.a) to 2.e) above. However, as it is strictly functional to the performance of the service requested by the Data Subject to the Data Controller, i.e receiving the information requested through the form, the non-conferment of Personal Data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the requested service.
Similarly, any request for deletion of the data means that the Controller cannot keep fulfilling the requested services.
Personal data will be accessible to judicial authorities in the event of a specific request. Where necessary or required by laws, regulations, EU legislation, rulings by judges, arbitrators or public authorities, as well as for the performance of contractual obligations (e.g. Public Bodies, Control Authorities, Banking Institutions, etc.), Personal Data may be transmitted to the subjects to whom the communication is addressed. The data will not be subject to further dissemination.
FREM will carry out operations of collection, recording, storage and archiving of Personal Data by means of manual, computerized and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the collected data.
The security of the data and their transmission is guaranteed by adequate protection systems such as antivirus, anti-ramsonware, firewalls and access passwords, and by physical impediment measures to select and prevent access to the premises where they are stored

7. Data retention periods
The processing of Personal Data shall last no longer than necessary for the performance of FREM’s obligations arising from the requested services, with reference to the purposes set out in point 2 above.
A further retention period required by law to comply with civil, tax and fiscal obligations in force will be added. At the end of the processing data retention period, Personal Data will be deleted, i.e permanently anonymized.
The rights of the Data Subject who contacts the Data Controller through the special form on the Site, thus conferring his or her Personal Data, include the following:

This Policy is subject to occasional revision. If any changes are made to the processing, the Data Controller will notify the Data Subject accordingly. Where required by applicable law, the Data
Subject shall be entitled to give FREM consent to any new processing. In the event of refusal, the Personal Data of the Data Subject will not be processed in accordance with the changes contemplated in this notice.
The Personal Data of the Data Subject will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
